In order to bring our wide offering of Pilates and Barre Classes to a much broader audience – we now offer Online Pilates Memberships.
These classes are presented by all your favourite Pilates Difference instructors and are a wonderful way to keep your Pilates and Barre fitness up while you are travelling, busy with work or family and unable to make it to the studio, or if you live elsewhere in the world.
We offer a variety of Pilates Mat, Barre and Cardio Barre classes via our Online Pilates Memberships.
All our online classes are pre-recorded and will be accessible on-demand from our website. Each of our online Members will receive their own membership login and all videos, profile information and membership plans can be managed from your own Pilates Member Dashboard. An Online Mat Class is a Pilates class that is presented using primarily matwork exercises with the addition of various Pilates/exercise props that you may have at home such as; therabands, chairs, sliders, loop bands, hand weights, balls and other similar types.
We have a variety of different types of online mat classes available:
Pilates Difference offers a Body Balance Mat class aimed at intermediate Pilates students that focuses on strength, balance, core endurance and flexibility. Working through all the planes of movement to ensure a balanced body and a good Pilates workout that will leave you feeling strong and energized.
The Pilates Difference Matt Intense online class is a slightly faster paced athletic focused class with attention to core endurance, muscle control and strength as well as mobility and flexibility. This is our most advanced mat class but can be done by intermediate level individuals. Modifications will be given for challenging exercises. You will work very hard in this Pilates class.
Our online Mat Pilates class blends strong powerful mat movement flows with elements of flexibility. Your Pilates Difference Instructor uses the class to warm up the body so as to get the benefit from the flexibility portion.
A great way to start the day is with the Pilates Difference early bird Mat class that focuses on mobility, alignment, balance and strength. The class addresses all the planes of movement to prepare the body and mind for the day ahead.
Your Pilates Difference Instructor will be focusing on your flexibility and mobility using a combination of Pilates and yoga type movements and exercises to improve your range of motion and strength through Pilates.
Have you wanted to start Pilates but don’t know where to begin? This is the class for you. A slower paced essential Pilates Difference Mat class for beginners, Prenatal or Postnatal, or even rehabilitation. Your Pilates Difference Instructor will focus on form, breath and understanding the exercises, while still getting a full body, balanced class.
A combination of HIIT sequencing combined with classic mat core strength work. Intervals of cardio type exercises with slower strength core exercises. This is Pilates amplified.
Barre is a higher intensity workout which combines Pilates, Dance and Yoga all together in a fun, full body workout. We are an accredited bootybarre® studio as well as offering Total Barre and Cardio Barre.
Barre is one of our most popular classes as it guarantees a great workout and when done regularly, really tones and shapes the body.
Join us to for an upbeat sweaty class with one of our Qualified Pilates Difference Instructors to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles. This is a balanced class that combines Pilates, dance and yoga for a full body workout. The is no complicated choreography just simple movements with light resistance to tone the body and improve cardiovascular fitness. Grab a chair or counter and use that for a barre.
Pilates Difference is taking that classic Barre burn to a new level. Introducing our much loved sculpt Barre class to the online Pilates class offerings. This format uses resistance with all the classic Barre moves to intensify that burn and sculpt long, lean, strong muscles.
This is a more intense Pilates Difference Barre class with intervals of cardio and longer sculpting sets that keep the heart rate up. Your Pilates Difference Instructors will ensure a full body workout guaranteed to make you sweat.
