Our Yoga Instructors present a variety of classes ranging from Vinyasa Flow Classes to a combination of many styles of Yoga to create beautiful meaningful flows. The classes are presented in our spacious studio by qualified Yoga instructors and we look forward to welcoming you into our space.

aerial Yoga CLASSES

At the Pilates Difference we offer both mat-based (when available) and aerial yoga.

Aerial yoga is a hybrid type of yoga, that combines traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a suspended hammock.  Aerial yoga enables you to comfortably maintain every pose as well and safely work on your flexibility in your muscles and tendons. We offer kids aerial yoga classes in the afternoons and it has been proven to enhance blood circulation, improve self-confidence, increase flexibility and strength and stamina.

Aerial yoga is a hybrid type of yoga, that combines traditional yoga poses, pilates, and dance with the use of a suspended hammock or yoga trapeze swing. The class is focused on strength and flexibility, as well as relaxation. A wonderful way to explore movement and a supported weightless yoga practice.

This fun and uplifting class is especially aimed at kids ranging from the age of 5 -17 years old. We explore the freedom that the Yoga hammock allows with a focus on stretching, strength and fun. The inversions and weightlessness of the practice has been proven to reduce anxiety, improve circulation, enhance concentration and build self confidence.

Yoga CLASSES

At the Pilates Difference we have included two types of yoga classes to our studio offerings as we feel there is a great connection between the two discplines and each complements the other. While Pilates focuses on strength and control, Yoga focuses on flexibility, mindfulness and breath.

Vinyasa yoga is the stringing together of postures to make a beautiful flow while connecting it to your breathe. Movement with meditation.

This Power vinyasa class is slightly faster paced than the flow class and moves through a variety of strong transitions with plenty of strong vinyasa and chaturanga variations. This is not a set routine and changes often making it a fun journey…almost like a dance.

Presented by PlettYoga at The Pilates Difference, they add music to the classes creating a beautiful, meditative and moving experience.
