Hi There,

I am Darren Pollard your yoga instructor at The Pilates Difference. 

Yoga found me 7 years ago when I was going experiencing a particularly tough phase in my life. To further my growth and understanding I decided to take up a teacher training and have been a student and teacher ever since.
