I am Emma your pilates instructor at The Pilates Difference.
From an early age, I have had a fascination with the human body, what it is capable of, and how to look after it optimally.
My passion for overall health and well- being continues to grow year on year as I keep learning, and 2019 is the year I chose to begin teaching others how to look after their bodies through this life-changing methodology of Pilates.
Since the day I went to my first class over 8 years ago, and especially since I started running ultra- marathons, I have personally experienced the physical and psychological benefits regular pilates practice offers. From improved balance and posture to increased mind- body awareness. I love witnessing clients reap the benefits like increased strength, better posture, and enhanced athletic performance.
