Pilates Suspension Method 3.0 Course | Online Course

In the PSM 3.0 Course you will learn 77 ESSENTIAL, INTERMEDIATE, and ADVANCED level Pilates-based exercises on the Suspension Trainer. Each exercise is rooted from either the Pilates Mat or Pilates Equipment. During this 6-hour course, every exercise will be demonstrated, different modifications will be discussed, and all students will be taken through the exercise series. You will receive a paperback manual (live courses only) and eBook with step-by-step pictures of all the PSM 3.0 exercises. You are NOT required to take the PSM Foundation Course or the PSM 2.0 (Intermediate/Advanced) Course before the PSM 3.0. This workshop welcomes all types of mindful movement and fitness instructors and enthusiasts. This course is approved for 6 PMA CECs.
