The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) Workshop is a 7.5-hour long foundation course that is presented over 2 days, 3 -4 hours each day. During this course, you will learn the essential and intermediate level exercises of the Pilates Suspension Method. Each exercise will be broken down in detail and modifications will be discussed and demonstrated. Every student will be able to perform each exercise. It is advisable to have a suspension trainer available for the course. You will also receive an eBook Manual with step-by-step pictures for each exercise. This course is approved for 7 PMA CECs and .6 ACE CECs.
